Chick Update!

We have a total of twelve chicks at Hopkins!  Buck, Chipotle, Junebug, Fifi, Kiwi, Buttercup, Nugget, Lilly, Rocko, Sweet Pea, Rosie, and Dusty are living happily in the library until Friday.  They will then travel to a farm in Cumberland, VA where they will lay eggs for us to eat for breakfast!

Here are some photos of us with the chicks!  This has been an amazing experience for both the students and teachers!  What an awesome way to learn about lifecycles!
